We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. 

Returns

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything you buy form our online store, in case you're not happy with your purchase. You can contact us and return any item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Worn, altered or washed merchandise will not be accepted for return.  All items being returned must be in the original condition, with all tags attached.

Return Criteria

Returns can only be made via courier, please do not drop it off to any Kashkha outlet:

To request a return, please contact our customer service on +971 429 64900  between 9am and 6pm GST - Saturday to Thursday, or email us on customer.care@kashkha.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

Once your request is submitted, someone will get back to you within 24 hours and assist you in processing the return.

Clearance & Sale Products

Any Clearance/Sale/Discounted items cannot be refunded/exchanged. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
